How it begins
Every organization and request is different. UHP begins by understanding what is happening, what support may be needed, and whether the request fits our expertise, availability, and current Georgia service area.
RN-level support
UHP provides RN-level consultation, guidance, training, and defined project assistance. Your organization hires and employs its own clinical staff. When needed, UHP can help define role requirements, evaluate qualifications, structure interviews, and prepare selected clinical staff for the responsibilities they will carry.
Tell us about your organization, the work you need support with, the outcome you are trying to reach, and any important timing considerations.
The inquiry usually takes 8–12 minutes. Do not include patient-identifying information or protected health information.
UHP reviews each inquiry for service alignment, scope, timing, capacity, geography, and the type of support requested.
Please allow up to 72 hours for an initial response.
UHP may request additional information, invite you to a complimentary Sync Session, recommend a paid strategy session, or explain that the request is outside our current scope or availability.

Qualified inquiries may be invited to a complimentary 30-minute Sync Session. The conversation helps UHP understand your organization, clarify the general scope, determine whether UHP is an appropriate partner, and identify the most suitable next step.
The Sync Session is not a consulting session and does not include detailed strategy, policy development, workflow construction, document review, regulatory interpretation, or implementation work.
When deeper analysis or recommendations are needed, UHP may recommend a paid strategy session. Approved engagements receive a tailored proposal describing the scope, responsibilities, timeline, engagement structure, and next steps.
Work begins after the required agreement and onboarding steps are completed.
